What Do We Notarize?
As a commissioned and neutral representative of the State of Colorado, we certify that your most important documents and transactional agreements are executed properly and with a high degree of professionalism. In addition to standard legal documents, our Signing Agent classification also allows us to act as a signer on real estate transactions.
As such, the parties involved can be confident that the document is authentic. We can print regular and legal-size paper, scan or fax back/ or drop package at Fedex or UPS to overnight the documents back to you with receipt confirmation. Contact us for pricing.

Know Before You Sign
- DO NOT sign your document until you are in the presence of the notary.
- Every signer must be physically present, coherent and produce acceptable ID at the time of Notary Service.
- Completely fill all blank spaces in your document excluding the signature BEFORE your Notary arrives . Incomplete documents WILL NOT be notarized!
- Vital Records such as birth, death and marriage CANNOT be notarized.
- Original documents must be presented for all Copy Certifications.
- If you have questions regarding how to properly complete the document, contact the drafter or requestor of the document.
- Please know which Notary Certificate you need in advance. A Notary Public is unauthorized to give advice regarding.
- Additionally, a Notary Public is unable to provide legal advice or assist in the completion any document.
